Item Condition: Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30
days after purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, including clearance items, personalized items, and items marked as “Final Sale,” are not eligible for return.

Process for Returns
Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [] or through your account dashboard to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping: Once you have the RMA number, ship the item back to Buzhome using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping
costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Include Necessary Information: Please include your RMA number, a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and a brief note stating the reason for the return.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you and process a full refund or exchange.

Exchange Requests: If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please mention this when requesting your RMA number.
